Popular fantasy and historical romance novelist Fiona McIntosh will present a free author talk at Tweed Heads library on Thursday 24 November at 10am, to celebrate the release of her latest book The Chocolate Tin.

The South Australian author’s long list of books span many genres, from adult and children’s fantasy novels, to crime and historical romantic adventure.

The Chocolate Tin is a tale of family duty, honour, the intoxication of forbidden love; and chocolate, taking readers from the beautiful historic town of York to the trenches of the First World War.

Fiona’s previous bestsellers include The Lavender Keeper, The French Promise and The Tailor’s Girl.

Fiona enjoyed a career in the travel industry before becoming an author, and continues to travel the world for inspiration.

She also has a couple of non-fiction books to her name, including How to Write Your Blockbuster and hosts commercial fiction master classes.
