NSW Police have reported that around 6.30pm yesterday, Thursday, January 2, emergency services were called to the Pacific Highway at Woodburn following reports of a truck fire.
At the scene, police were told the cab of the truck ignited and the driver attempted to extinguish the fire.
The Pacific Highway was closed on the northbound while RFS firefighters extinguished the fire.
The truck sustained significant damage. No injuries were reported.
Inquiries into the cause of the fire are underway by Richmond Police.
