NORPA is seeking a professional stage manager and a production assistant to join 10 cast and creatives from all over Australia for its first show of the season, the homegrown Railway Wonderland. It will be performed at the disused Lismore Railway Station in March.
Requiring fewer professional skills but equal amounts of passion are the roles youth ambassadors and NORPA volunteers. Youth ambassadors (aged 16–26) take part in a year-long program of behind-the-scenes experiences and workshops and get to see all NORPA shows. Volunteers fulfill most front-of-house roles, including ushers and bar staff, and assist on box office.

NORPA is also farewelling their much-loved and hardworking general manager Delia O’Hara, who is moving to Sydney to take up a new position.
