I have read your article today entitled ‘Page defends Inghams claims’ and I’m disappointed that you have misrepresented what I said. I did not blame the EPA for the job losses at Inghams. In fact I am aware that the EPA have been working for a number of years with Sunnybrand and then Inghams to try to reach a satisfactory outcome. I am satisfied that the EPA did not put pressure on Inghams to scale back operations.
