Has Byron Shire Council considered how the frail, the ageing, the disabled, the non-drivers, or those without licences or small cars, are going to dispose of their hard rubbish at the tip? While one might be able to manage to drag large cumbersome objects out as far as the kerb, loading these items into a small car is another scale of task. Please reconsider this decision of hard rubbish collection with inclusiveness in mind.
