Craig Kelly quits Liberal Party

Federal Member for Hughes Craig Kelly has resigned from the Liberal Party, technically throwing Scott Morrison's government into minority as it grapples with scandals from within and without.

Traffic was still stopped in both directions on the Summerland Way at 9am this morning after a fatal two-car collision at Leeville, just south of Casino at about 6am this morning.

Motorists in the area are advised that local diversions are in place for residents only and that there are long queues in both directions and will be for several hours.

Traffic is advised to use the Pacific Highway.
