I have been following the Fast Buck$ story about the ‘raid’ on his property and whether or not his accommodation is compliant with applicable regulations.
I wonder if we could call on Mr Buck$ to clarify whether that is the case? For the moment, let’s forget about the ‘fairness’ or the motive for the ‘raid’ and just concentrate on the issue of compliance.
I am assuming that Mr Buck$ charges his tenants rental fees and I would guess that this probably requires wider compliance with health and safety regulations like working fire alarms, compliant wiring and plumbing etc.
If rental income is indeed earned by the cabins on his property and since Mr Buck$ is a professed mayoral candidate (bet he doesn’t run), it would be helpful to be reassured that his tenants are afforded the level of protection that other commercial operations are obliged to meet. If not, why not?
Understand Mr Buck$ loves taking on authority figures and that this is a personal peccadillo of his. Mine is hypocrisy. Just want to be more aware of whether Mr Buck$ is the real deal, before I cast my vote.
