Congratulations to both Pennant teams on their wins on the weekend with No 1 Pennant team with a win against Pottsville on Sunday 62-47 and a close game on Saturday against Ocean Shores going down 60-66.

The No 5 team had a win on Sunday against Brunswick Heads 61-57 and a loss on Saturday against Kingscliff 45-63.

Tuesday social bowls winner last week was Bob Lewis and runner up Pat Stapleton (visitor).

Thursdays self selected pairs starts winners were Mick Hale and Kerry Rice with runners up Don Baker and Gavin McPhail. The meat tray was won by Mark Barry.

Saturdays social bowls winners were Mick Ayo, Lorraine Earea and Mary Phelps.
