Cape Byron Rudolf Steiner School will be holding its 24th annual Spring Fair tomorrow from 10am.
A feature of the fair is its songwriting competition, which is open to all secondary students in Byron Shire.
But there are plenty of other things to enjoy, including the unique hands-on activities that showcase the school’s focus on handicrafts and the arts for life.
From woodcraft, felting, silk painting, rainbow dip-dying, to candle making, there will also be free skateboard clinics, pony and mechanical surfboard rides, as well as puppet shows, face painting and a healing tent.
The school will also be providing a free park ‘n’ ride from Ewingsdale Hall and the Byron Sports Complex every 15 minutes from 8.30am to 4pm.
The school is located at Balraith Lane, Ewingsdale.
