Bangalow’s Sample Food Festival returns again tomorrow, after the huge success of the inaugural event last year.

More than 120 stallholders have booked spots at the Bangalow Showgrounds. While not all are food related, there is a broad canvas of providores and local producers represented.

And in the middle of it all are the restaurants, which will be providing tasting plates of their signature dishes for a fraction of the usual price.

And once you’re sated there is entertainment for all, including cooking demonstrations, live music and a kids’ corner.

The event runs from 8am to 8pm tomorrow, Saturday October 6, at the Showgrounds, Station Street, Bangalow.

Support The Echo

Keeping the community together and the community voice loud and clear is what The Echo is about. More than ever we need your help to keep this voice alive and thriving in the community.

Like all businesses we are struggling to keep food on the table of all our local and hard working journalists, artists, sales, delivery and drudges who keep the news coming out to you both in the newspaper and online. If you can spare a few dollars a week – or maybe more – we would appreciate all the support you are able to give to keep the voice of independent, local journalism alive.
