Nippers training is serious business. There are few, if any, of the people who save lives on the beach today who didn’t start their career as a Nipper. But it’s not all serious and there was much fun to be had by the Byron Bay SLSC under-eights when they travelled to Yamba on the weekend for their very first outing at the Far North Coast Branch Nipper carnival at Turners Beach. Way too much fun was had by all.
