This is the last 15 Minutes for 2012 and traditionally this is a good one not to miss. Also as tradition dictates, the Christmas 15 is entirely devoted to Blackboard acts and this month there is a great show lined up.

This time around the team will deliver for your entertainment pleasure: A returning great favourite entertainer, Fiona Ryan with her fabulous flute, keyboard and captivating original originals; Rod Sims with his hearty vocal/guitar style; Barbara Brewster and whichever wacky warblers she can conjure up for this show; Simon Janes with beautiful guitar/vocals; Jaeden Ogden, a young performer with amazing guitar/vocal/blues style and power; and 15 Minutes’ very favourite Rainer Eichhorn with his great vocal power and captivating style.

On the way to the venue, check out David White’s 100,000 Christmas-lights display at 35 Summer Hill Close, Stokers Siding, from 8 till 10pm each night. Donations to Murwillumbah Leukaemia & Cancer Research Society Inc.

Another great night of live variety entertainment to finish off the Fifteen Minutes of Fame year, hosted by MC Rod Sims at the Stokers Siding Hall Friday.

Support The Echo

Keeping the community together and the community voice loud and clear is what The Echo is about. More than ever we need your help to keep this voice alive and thriving in the community.

Like all businesses we are struggling to keep food on the table of all our local and hard working journalists, artists, sales, delivery and drudges who keep the news coming out to you both in the newspaper and online. If you can spare a few dollars a week – or maybe more – we would appreciate all the support you are able to give to keep the voice of independent, local journalism alive.
