All Girls Surfriders Lennox Head – Isobel, Sam, Christie and Ebony

After a fantastic year of surfing, and club and inter-club competitions, the All Girls Surfriders Club Lennox Head held its end-of-year trophy presentation on Saturday.

The day was fantastic event and a really good end to a truly excellent year. The girls enjoyed wacky races on the lake and a lush barbecue.

The final results for the end of the 2012 season are:

Lois Buckett Real Estate 1st Division: 1 Jane Tranberg; 2 Angela Spehr; 3 Sam Kay; 4 Isobel Mayo.

In the Trash 2nd Division: 1 Ebony Santamaria; 2 Christie Kay; 3 Lizzie Gavaghan; 4 Kelpie White.

In the All Girls Surfriders 3rd Division: 1 Mahlia Carr; 2 Lily Lewis; 3 Georgia Laddin; 4 Melissa Wright.

Mi Thai Longboard Division: 1 Maz Pentecost; 2 Jane Tranberg; 3 Marg Bryant; 4 Deb Tinker.

In the Lennox Surf Junior Beginners: 1 Mia Francis; 2 Jess Mills; 3 Karina Hartley; 4 Jasmine Sloane.

Le Chelle Senior Beginners: 1 Christina Dunne; 2 Marika Ilic; 3 Jules Galloway; 4 Kirsty Laing.

The Beauty at Sunrise Club Person of the Year was awarded to Shone McIndoe and the Lennox Physiotherapy Incentive Award went to Annelieke De Vries. All Above Board, the Most Improved award, went to Ebony Santamaria.

The club wants to thank all the members, parents and friends who help at each club round and of course the committee who do so much so willingly. The All Girls look forward to seeing everyone next year and will hold their 2013 sign-on in February.
