Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy reported missing from Tweed Heads.

The Russian Film Festival 2013 – Russian Resurrection, at the Palace Byron Bay Cinema – will play from Friday 2 August 2 to Sunday 4 August.

The Echo and the Palace are giving away a double pass to either the Saturday matinee or the Sunday screenings of the festival.
