Abbott’s Stop-the-Boats cure-all policy two months ago was the appointment of a three-star general to co-ordinate our response and tow them back.

Abbott’s new stop-the-boats policy is that now the Australian taxpayer is going to buy all of Indonesia’s leaky boats (to make such a policy work it will have to be every boat leaky or not they’ve got) and, with our money, I’m sure they could buy quite a lot of them.

Apparently our three-star general was none other than nice guy Tony, the Murdoch puppet.

The Indonesian government is licking its lips after Rudd snubbed them with the New Guinea solution. Nothing like a trillion Australian dollars.

Do we really want weak-kneed Abbott to be the purported head our country? He definitely won’t actually be running it.

A vote for Abbott is a vote for Murdoch and who wants either?

Support The Echo

Keeping the community together and the community voice loud and clear is what The Echo is about. More than ever we need your help to keep this voice alive and thriving in the community.

Like all businesses we are struggling to keep food on the table of all our local and hard working journalists, artists, sales, delivery and drudges who keep the news coming out to you both in the newspaper and online.
