Race Of The Harridan is a garage band from Brisbane. They blend and bend genres into new, yet familiar forms. Influences of surf beat, Brit pop, grunge, NYC punk and blues can be heard in the ROTH set.
Race-of-the-harridanOnstage it’s a frenzy of drum rolls, guitar feedback and bouncing rhythms. However, at its heart are infectious hooks and crafty arrangements. Their energetic live shows have featured on some of Brisbane’s most iconic stages including The Zoo, Rics and x&y.
ROTH are currently recording their debut album, a follow up their 2012 EP, The Boozy Rouge. The album is set for release in early 2014.
