A new non-verbal documentary consisting entirely of time-lapse imagery has been launched by local photographer and documentary filmmaker, Evan Malcolm. The filmmaker says the doco, titled Lapse of Reason, depicts the fragility and vulnerability of the Australian environment and how mankind’s consumeristic ways are taking their toll on it. Released independently, Lapse of Reason employs cutting-edge technologies.
