The mighty men of the Manly Sea Eagles were guests at the Railway Hotel in Byron Bay recently in an informal event the lads have been enjoying annually for six years.
Headed up by the Godfather of Manly, Ken ‘Arko’ Arthurson, players present and near and distant past had a good old fashioned catch-up with a contingent of local fans.
Mingling with the boys gave them a chance to take home a piece of share Sea Eagles live memorabilia.
Way too much fun was had by all and it was smiles all around – plenty of stories flew across the tables at the Rails.
Most of the boys had travelled up with a plan to spend the weekend in town – and Byron put on a great show of breezy spring sunshine as the early afternoon drifted into the early evening.
