The newly proposed paid parking in Byron town could easily backfire with Byron businesses being badly impacted.

I already know of many shire residents who won’t come to Byron as they won’t pay the annual $25 parking coupon.

As a Byron resident, I don’t have to pay for a coupon to park in Mullum, why should it be any different for Mullum residents when they come to Byron?
