On Friday 7 October 2016, police raided a home on Gungas Road, where they allegedly seized cannabis leaf and cannabis seeds, ammunition, property and war memorabilia.
On Monday a 44-year-old Nimbin man attended Lismore police station where he was placed into custody.
Police then executed another search warrant at an address in Nimbin where they recovered more property, allegedly stolen.
He has been charged with possession of ammunition without a licence, stolen goods in custody, possession of a prohibited plant and possession of a prohibited drug.
The man was granted conditional bail and will appear in Lismore Court in November
