
Ballina police are trying to find the owners of stolen property after yesterday arresting a 61-year-old man at a Tamar Street address.
Police executed a search warrant at the address and located methylamphetamine, six computer laptops, jewellery, a NSW Police uniform patch, $1,800, clothing, collectable coins and methadone.

The 61-year-old was taken to Ballina police station where he was charged with Possess Prohibited Drug, Dealing with property suspected of being proceeds of crime, Possess Prescribed Restricted Substance and Goods In custody.
He was granted conditional bail and will appear in Ballina Local Court in January.
Meanwhile, police have released photos of the stolen items in the hope of tracking down owners.
