Passing The Farm on Friday, I decided to pop in for a taste of nature, viewed from the al fresco dining space at the Three Blue Ducks. I was in luck; they have just updated their cocktail menu, and top of the list was this gem, now a ruby gem as blueberries are in season.
The other cocktail ingredients are grown on The Farm (ie the fresh mint and the finger limes for the syrup) and they are combined with fresh limes and Ketel One vodka to create a really refreshing drink perfect for a warm day of relaxing in Byron.
