Executive chef Blake Seymour has set down Friday 9 August for his next Blake’s Table dining event, and this time each course will be matched with a glass of artisan wine by Allegiance Wines.
Blake’s Table is always a popular experience where locals and their friends indulge in the freshest local produce in a share-style atmosphere. The event centres around wholesome dishes, with several courses being presented on shared platters, finishing with dessert.
Local wine merchant Tim Cox will be a guest on the evening and he will share the story behind each of the wines that you will be enjoying.
