Not so long ago on the way to a doctor’s appointment in Bangalow my Community Transport driver and I passed a work crew repairing potholes in the road.
When we returned, about an hour later, we were able to observe that the majority of the fill was now curling up out of the holes due to the action of passing traffic and looked as if it was about to be scattered about by the same process.
Such a situation is not only a very short-term cosmetic ‘fix’, it is also an enormous waste of time, money and resources.
