Police have located a Murwillumbah woman who went missing this week.

Alicia Travers, aged 36, was found safe and well in Bray Park yesterday afternoon.

She had last been seen leaving a home in Bray Park during the evening of Sunday 12 January 2020.

Officers from Tweed/Byron Police District were notified the next day and commenced an investigation.

Police and family held concern for her welfare, but she is now safe and well.
