On 1 July Israel’s Prime Minister, Netanyahu, plans to violate international law on an unprecedented scale when he, with Trump’s blessing, annexes 30 per cent of Palestine’s West Bank. This includes some the richest land in the Jordan Valley.

The world community has sat on its hands over the apartheid state’s gross crimes against Palestinian humanity, which have continued unabated since 1948. They are only now partially waking up with 1,000 EU MPs signing a condemnatory letter, which calls for ‘commensurate consequences’ against Israel.

We wait with bated breath for a similar response from the Australian government. If you care for justice and the rule of law then please sign this urgent petition at https://secure.avaaz.org/campaign/en/no_more_palestine/?kBrxwdb and contact Prime Minister Morrison ([email protected]) and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Marise Payne (marise. [email protected]).
