There have been numerous letters and comments posted by Beth Shelley denigrating the proposed rail trail.

This has passed the NSW Lower House and is just awaiting passage through the Upper (Legislative Council) House to be enacted in law.

There have been many replies to Beth’s comments, but few printed. Please at least acknowledge that at last, after 16 years, something is about to happen that is a big positive for this region.

It is also interesting to note that Ballina Council is so progressive with developing community pathways, and are just about to extend the existing paths to Lennox. Plus Byron has also been undertaking similar projects.
