A careful analysis of Cult Covid must clearly distinguish between four separate and distinct yet interconnected categories of phenomena, namely 1) a virus, 2) an illness, 3) a media hyped narrative, and 4) government imposed restrictions. The first two categories are natural, normal and have been with us forever, while the other two are man-made, abnormal, and unprecedented.
These categories and their intersections are replete with complexity, uncertainty, and controversy, defying easy explanation and raising challenging questions that are largely ignored by mainstream media. Many commentators unwittingly conflate all four categories under the term ‘pandemic’, for example, blaming the ‘covid pandemic’ for job losses, bankruptcies, suicides, and soaring budget deficits, whereas in fact these outcomes are owed solely to government imposed restrictions.
Cult Covid has all the elements of an elaborate psyop, including documented evidence of elites profiting from foreknowledge, faulty tests, fudged stats, preconceived narratives, and scenario simulations, like Event 201 and Operation Lockstep. Another giant red flag is the overt effort to discourage and discredit scrutiny of the official narrative, by for example, excluding alternative views and attacking outspoken critics.
In dealing with Cult Covid we need to guard against the sort of obliging compliancy and contempt for civil liberties that mainstream media and nanny state initiatives inevitably inculcate.
