Mayor Richardson, in his usual fashion, joins up with his mate Franklin (Nationals) while excluding our elected member Tamara Smith (Greens).
So much for being a Green councillor?
This is a blatant strategy by Franklin to promote himself for the next election. Tamara Smith deserves better than this.
