The Northern NSW Local Health District said this afternoon, that three new cases of COVID-19 were reported for NNSWLHD to 8pm on November 18.

Northern NSW Local HealthDistrict, Chief Executive, Wayne Jones, said one of the new cases is in the Lismore Local Government Area (LGA). ‘This a household contact of an existing case.

‘Two of the new cases are in the Tweed LGA and are currently under investigation.’

Mr Jones said that there have now been 187 cases in the District since 16 June.

‘Even if you are fully vaccinated you should get tested and isolate immediately if you have even the mildest of COVID-19 symptoms – such as a slightly runny nose, a scratchy or sore throat or generally feeling under the weather.’
