Thanks to the generosity of over 100 donors, The Echo flood donation appeal has topped $25,000 which is already being directly donated to a range of grassroots organisations, with zero deductions.

The GoFundMe site is still live here, and will be for some time.

To help push things along, here is a new short film from Cloudcatcher Media showing the recent flood impact on Lismore, Wardell and beyond, from the air and from the ground.

The film-makers say please share this with those beyond the area who don’t understand the magnitude of this disaster, and anyone who might be able to help:
