As the clean-up continues across the Northern Rivers many roads are still a long way from being ready for traffic owing to significant damage from floodwaters and landslides.
Lismore City Council crews are working to ensure our roads are safe, however, it will take time and Council is asking for the community’s patience.
It’s important not to travel on these roads as they are often unsafe and any unnecessary traffic makes it even harder for local residents.
Council asks that you always drive to conditions and follow all instructions.
