Byron Shire Council is calling on businesses in the area to tell them about their experiences via a Survey for Flood Impacted Businesses.
Council’s Business and Visitor Economy Liaison Officer Lisa Richards, said Council has spoken with over 100 businesses to gauge how the recent flood event has impacted them.
‘This survey will provide further data on impacts on business, both direct and indirect, as well as ask more about what business’ needs are moving into flood recovery.
‘Importantly, it will help us demonstrate to all levels of Government what funding is required to assist businesses in getting back on their feet and to let us know how we can support local businesses in various ways.’
Everyone who responds will go into the draw to win a $100 voucher from Dolphin Office Choice in Mullumbimby.
You can find the Survey for Flood Affected Businesses at Council’s website: https://www.byron.nsw.gov.au/Public-Notice/Survey-for-Flood-Impacted-Businesses
It will be open until 4 May 2022.
