Although my recent unprinted Echo letter suggested petrol will become so expensive that people won’t be able to afford to drive very far, there is another possibility: petrol rationing. Insufficient diesel for our farmers would further the coming famine that the UN warns us about. Either way, it furthers a Green agenda.
