The big guy in the red suit and his doe reindeer will have no trouble finding their way to the children of Pottsville tonight as the Tweed Coast Tigers paddock has a very special big message painted on it.
The Tigers, whose home turf is Barry Sheppard Oval, on Round Mountain Rd, Bogangar, thought it was a good idea when Pottsville resident Mike Lubans suggested he paint the sign. Lubans owns Onside Line Marking and he had all it took to mark up the AFL field.
Lubans said it took him about an hour to lay the paint – his aim to promote Christmas and spread some cheer.
