James McKenzie is running as an independent in the election later this month and has no intention of taking a seat in the New South Wales Parliament.

What is your big number one issue that you’re looking at going into this election?

‘Running as a candidate to expose that Wollumbin, Arakwal and Bundjalung National Parks are fake and that Bundjalung is a white mans fabrication, Yugambeh in QLD and all the money has been wasted for two fake Nations in the one language group.

‘Have run for Tweed Shire Council three times to expose these scandals.

‘Wollumbin was taken as the name of my family’s peak and applied as a fake dual name to Mt Warning (Wulambiny Momoli) in 2005, in 2010 I found Bundjalung to be a white mans fabrication.

‘Premier Baird’s counsel sent my complaints to NSW ICAC in 2014, Premier Perrottet has been deceived by his own department, ministers and government about these scandals.’

People who aren’t members of Parliament would certainly get the impression from watching the television that it’s a bunfight – Are you prepared for that sort of life in Parliament?

‘There is no chance of me being elected to Parliament. I would not fit well with all the lying politicians there as I am an honest man!’

What is your background – what did you study at uni? What did you train for? What skills do you bring to this?

‘I studied Medical Technology at QIT, I am a fifth generation pioneer family farmer, I am a past Chairman of Tweed and Coolangatta Tourism, and was past deputy Chair of Northern NSW Ecotourism Association, past President Murwillumbah Apex Club, founding President Mt Warning Restorers, I am a Camphor Laurel sawmiller to asian markets and past director of Aartec regional Camphor Laurel Co-operative.’

What is your current job?

‘Camphor Laurel sawmiller and farmer, running bandsaws and circular sawmills cutting chopping boards and coffin boards for Chinese, Korean, Taiwanese and other Asian and domestic markets.

‘Forced to be an activist in Aboriginal Affairs after the name Wollumbin was taken from our peak and was applied as a fake dual name to Mt Warning (Wulambiny Momoli).

‘Reopening my tourist attraction on the real Wollumbin.

Why is it important to you that you’re in Parliament?

‘I have no personal desire to sit in the snakepit of Parliament, my many years in Aboriginal Politics has shown me that all political parties are without leadership, are clueless incompetents that do not even realise that many claimed Aboriginal “Nations” are just what white linguists called the language, our useless political parties and politicians have committed government genocide.

Looking New South Wales Parliament at the moment what is the thing that frustrates you the most?

‘That it is filled with party politicians and lying lawyers, true democracy will come when independents control Parliaments and the parties have to appeal for their votes.

‘Party politicians have to conspire to hide the prior crimes of their incompetent parties, they can not fix scandals like these at all.’
