Last Friday morning the Kingscliff Public School P&C hosted a ‘Father’s and Family breakfast’ to celebrate all the fathers and families that support the children at the school. The 2023 P&C was also elected the week before.

Angela Watson and Asha Lambert Patel were elected as co-presidents with Ms Watson telling The Echo, ‘Our P&C focus for the year ahead remains on building connection and community and fundraising for our kids including a shade sail for our new playground space’.
Father’s and Families
A successful Father’s and Families morning took place last Friday on the school grounds where everyone was able to enjoy the spring weather of sunshine, and delicious croissants while the coffee and hot chocolates flowed.

‘The breakfast was a success in bringing our school community together and it was a pleasure to see so many parents, children and the broader school community on our school grounds,’ said Ms Lambert Patel.
The morning event also gave the P&C a chance to fundraise for ‘a new shade sail to ensure the children’s play areas are protected from the sun once the new school build is complete,’ said Ms Watson.
