A woman has died in hospital following a crash last week at Drake Village, about 60km west of Casino.

About 4pm, Thursday 7 December 2023, emergency services were called to Fairfield Street, Drake Village, following reports of a single-vehicle crash.

Officers attached to Richmond Police District attended and found a vehicle had rolled down an embankment.

A 69-year-old woman was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being airlifted to Lismore Base Hospital.

Police have since been notified that the woman died in hospital on Sunday 10 December 2023.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
