Ben Sheck, a member of the Byron Bay Golf Club (BBGC) had a big year in 2023.  

Ben regularly competes in Northern Rivers Veterans Golf Association (NRVGA) open days, the veterans competitions each Monday as well as other competition days held by the BBGC.

Ben excelled himself last year by not only winning both the Gross and the Nett BBGC Veterans Club Championships, held over two rounds in November, but he then went on to be crowned the NRVGA Nett Championship winner with a score of 70.

This event was hosted by the Ballina Golf Club.
