The Mullum Autumn Plant Fair invites plant enthusiasts and nature lovers alike to a jam packed day filled with talks, hands-on activities, community vibes, and ecological knowledge sharing, with a massive array of plants for sale.

Whether you’re interested in learning about bush foods and rainforest restoration, regenerative agriculture and swapping seeds, or just looking for a plant for your kitchen window, this is the place for you.

Held at the beautiful Mullum Community Gardens and Eco Hub from 9am to 2pm on Sunday March 17, the event promises to be a haven for all plant enthusiasts, gardeners, and nature lovers.

Explore over twenty diverse plant stalls-ranging from bush foods and native plants, to food and fruit trees as well as rare, exotic, medicinal, ornamental and indoor plants. Organisers say this will be a day of inspiration, education, community celebration and sustainable living, with everything from an autumn inspired puppet show for kids to a free seniors morning tea.

Activities include an exploration of Bundjalung Bush Food with Delta Kay, local seed and plant swapping with Hinterland Seed Savers, and a hands on workshop on the secrets of thriving soil with the legendary plant wizard, Harry Moult.

Visitors to the plant fair can enjoy the beauty of Mullum Community Gardens and share delicious food while enjoying live music. Support community initiatives by purchasing tickets in the fundraising raffle, with planty prizes up for grabs, and engage with local artisan stalls for plant-based treasures.
