Negroni

This is a favourite cocktail. It’s really easy to make, and the combination of sweetness and bitterness makes it perfect for sipping. The only drawback is that it does pack a punch, so you need to, perhaps, be careful to alternate with a few glasses of mineral water. Or, you could try switching out the gin for soda water (Americano).
Using a simple old-fashioned style glass, simply ad ice (super-large ice cubes are great) and then the ingredients, with a twist of orange peel.
Ingredients
30ml Brookie’s Dry Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Premium sweet vermouth
