From the folks who bring you the Mud Trail, North Coast Ceramics will be having their second annual Ceramics Award this Saturday, 25 January, at the Mullumbimby Civic Hall.
First prize is $1,000. The finalists have been selected from over 40 sculptors and ceramicists from all over the eastern seaboard.

The judges are two well-known Northern Rivers art curators, Pedram Khosronejad (from Grafton Regional Gallery) and Vanessa Jacob (from Coffs Harbour’s Yarilla Gallery and Museum).
Judging will take place at 5pm on Saturday at the opening event. All are welcome to attend.
NCC sincerely thanks the sponsors of the Award, the Cecilia and Henry Foundation and Fired Up Kilns for their contribution to the prizes.
An exhibition of the finalists follows the announcement of the award at Mullumbimby Civic Hall, from 10am until 3pm each day until 6 February.
