The NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) says it’s continuing to coordinate Recovery Assistance Points for community members in and near Lismore, Tweed South and Woodburn.
The one-stop access points offer support services for disaster impacted community members.
The RA says affected communities can access practical recovery advice and support at:
Lismore – Southern Cross University, Military Road, East Lismore
- Saturday 22 March from 9am to 12pm
- Monday 24 to Friday 28 March from 9am to 5pm
Tweed South – Community Hall – Corner Heffron Street and Minjungbal Drive, South Tweed Heads
- Saturday 22 March from 9am to 12pm
- Monday 24 to Friday 28 March from 9am to 5pm
Woodburn – Woodburn Memorial Hall, 127 River Street, Woodburn
- Tuesday 25 March from 12pm to 7pm
- Wednesday 26 March from 9am to 3pm
RA staff are to be at the recovery service points along with partner agencies: Service NSW, Services Australia, Revenue NSW, NSW Health, Rural Adversity Mental Health Program, Rural Aid, Insurance Council of Australia, Legal Aid, Australian Red Cross, St Vincent de Paul, The Salvation Army, Disaster Recovery Chaplaincy Network and Anglicare.
