UPDATE 1pm: Minor flooding is no longer happening along the Richmond River at Bungawalbin.
Emergency Services have this afternoon advised people in Bungawalbin, Rappville and surrounds to monitor conditions.
The SES says low-lying, rural and unsealed roads may be impacted by flood water, including in Coraki and East Coraki.
EARLIER: Flood warnings were still in place for the Tweed, Richmond, Clarence, Orara, Bellinger, Macleay, Hastings, Manning, Upper Hunter, Cooks, Gwydir, Namoi, Paroo, Warrego and Culgoa catchments as of Monday morning.
State Emergency Services issued a Final Flood Watch for parts of the Northern Rivers, Mid North Coast and North West Slopes in NSW Sunday morning.
Flooding in the Brunswick catchment over the next few days was no longer expected.
The Bureau of Meteorology said minor to moderate flooding happened in parts of the Northern Rivers, mid north coast and north west slopes over the weekend.
A Minor Flood Warning for the Richmond River at Bungawalbyn was still in place but authorities said flooding at Coraki was no longer expected.
More flooding possible later this week
Minor flooding at Tumbulgum and at Chinderah had reportedly subsided but authorities said could happen again later this week with more predicted rain.
Flooding was no longer expected in Lismore, with the Wilsons River at Lismore peaking below the minor flood level at 3.93 metres around two pm Saturday.
Higher levels were recorded in Eltham and Woodlawn.
Settled conditions are forecast to develop across most of NSW early this week.
But the bureau says another trough may extend into the northeast of NSW from the middle of the week, bringing more unsettled conditions to the area.
More rain is forecast from the middle of the week, which emergency services say may cause renewed river rises and flooding.
