At the Mullum Food Co-op, you’ll find a wide range of quality products, including chocolate-covered almonds, seeds, licorice, oats, salts, flours, spices, dried fruits, beans, and pulses. While the Co-op offers a larger selection at their community gardens, only Australian-made products are sold at the Farmers Market, ensuring a convenient stop for market visitors who are in a hurry.
While a membership isn’t necessary to shop at the Farmers Market, becoming a member of the Co-op offers several benefits. Members enjoy better prices and have access to the full Co-op range at the community gardens. Plus, as the Co-op is 100% volunteer-run, members can also get involved by volunteering, which brings additional perks like discounts.
Another unique feature of the Mullum Food Co-op is its commitment to sustainability. Members can bring in their excess produce to sell at the community gardens, helping to support local growers and reduce waste.
The Mullum Food Co-op is a non-profit initiative, and the organisers are thrilled to welcome them to the Mullum Farmers Market. Visit their stall to explore their range of ethical, Australian-made food offerings, and perhaps consider joining the Co-op to become part of this fantastic community!
Mullum Food Co-op is at Mullumbimby Farmers Market every Friday morning from 7am to 11am.
