The Byron Chamber of Commerce is bringing the global Fuckup Night movement to Byron on Wednesday, June 25 at The Northern Hotel from 6.30pm.
Organisers say Mandy Nolan will MC, and describe it as ‘a night where brave business owners take the mic to share their most epic professional disasters. No sugarcoating. No spin. Just raw, real stories of what went wrong – and what came next.
‘Fuckup Nights are part of the global movement where stories of failure take centre stage. Born in Mexico and now happening in over 300 cities worldwide, this unapologetically raw and refreshing event is finally coming to Byron Bay — and we want you in the room,’ say the Byron Chamber of Commerce.
‘Why? Because failure is universal — and talking about it breaks the taboo, sparks real connection, and helps us all grow. We’d love to see you there!’

For four decades The Echo has printed the stories some people loved, some people hated, and some pretended not to read. If you want us to keep telling the truth, the real truth, not the sugar-coated version. We’ll need your support to keep the presses rolling.
