A woman was airlifted to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition after a highway crash near Billinudgel Sunday morning, emergency responders on the weekend said.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter service said paramedics were called to the crash on the M1 Motorway around 7am Sunday.
Three people were treated on-scene with two teenage men taken to Gold Coast University Hospital by road.
The third person, a woman in her sixties with multiple injuries, was taken by helicopter to the same hospital.
