A Gofundme page has been set up to assist the grieving family of 23-year old Ashleigh, who was found dead shortly before midnight last Friday in Mullumbimby.
Her alleged partner Jai Oden-Jenkins was refused bail on Sunday in Parramatta’s Bail Division Court and is due to appear in the Lismore Local Court on November 26 charged with her murder.
The Gofundme page reads, ‘The community has come to a standstill with the loss of 23 year old Ashleigh, her family who bears the deepest pain – the loss of a beautiful soul, a loving daughter, and a cherished sister’.
‘Ashleigh lit up every room she entered with her warmth, kindness, and radiant spirit. Her absence has left a silence that echoes through the hearts of all who knew her.
‘Please join us in supporting Ashleigh’s family during this unimaginable time. Let us come together not only in grief but in remembrance – to honour her life, her love, and her light.
‘Keep Ashleigh’s name alive. Share her story. Speak her name. Celebrate her soul’.

A vigil for Ashleigh will be held at 5pm on Friday at the Heritage Park in Mullumbimby.
