
Rising Tide Northern Rivers is showcasing two films, both about powerful direct action, celebrating the resistance rising in response to the global forces behind climate collapse and genocide.
The screening on Wednesday, 15 October at the Brunswick Picture House from 6pm will be accompanied by a panel discussion on the power of non-violent direct action. A diverse panel of Northern Rivers Climate and Pal-Action campaigners will share their direct experiences of resistance and change.
The evening will be MC’d by the entertaining local identity ‘GG’, the night promises inspiration, hope and a collective way forward. The perfect antidote for despair, anger and grief!
