Around 11.30am, on Sunday 16 November, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to a collision of two dirt bikes at Suffolk Park, south of Byron Bay.
A young boy was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team for multiple leg injuries before being transported to Gold Coast University Hospital.
